After Winston, Chartwell goldfish pond

This image was taken at Sir Winston Churchill's home Chartwell, south of London. It would have been captured from the same location at which he painted his famous (and now very valuable) painting in 1932.

Rather than recreating the scene exactly, I chose to attempt an impression of that painting to evoke a similar mood - with just a bit of assistance from the cooperative goldfish themselves. The original is reproduced below - you can judge for yourself how successful I have been...
